I’m weak and not flexible. Can I still train one-on-one?
Yes, and that’s exactly why you should start. Ori isn’t only for people who are already fit. You don’t need to be flexible. You just need to begin.
What if I have an injury?
Message us on Zalo first and we’ll guide you to the safest option. If you are in pain or recently injured, check with your doctor before you start.
